Aerobics Class with Demi Level 2

So you have mastered the Level 1 aerobics class? Well tough guy give this Class a go! Demi takes it up a notch in this level 2 aerobics class, its the same format as the level 1, warmup, cardio, tone, stretch but with tougher exercises. scissors, jumps, star jumps, jogging, marching, grape vine kicks, ski jumps followed by squats, lunges, leg raises, bum kicks, tricep dips, ab crunches and ab twists, plenty there to knacker you out! You will need a 1L water bottle to use as a weight for some of the exercises.
Fitness Fact: Regular exercise is linked to better sex, because it can improve body image, energy, self-esteem and overall fitness.
