Aerobics Class with Diana Level 1
This workout is a level 1 aerobics class with Diana, you will need a couple of water bottle or some dumb bells to use for the toning sections of this aerobics workout.
Diana starts the aerobics video with a warmup and dynamic strectch. For the aerobic section she take you through combinations of heel digs, knee lifts, leg curls, step touches, mambos, bouncing, front kicks, side kicks, squats and squat lifts. The toning section includes lunges, bicep curls front raises, shoulder presses, squats, tricep extentions, upright rows, glutes raises from every angle possible! The aerobics video is finished up with a full body stretch.
Fitness Fact: When the body is at rest, it takes in about 10 litres of air per minute.
