Combat with Demi Level 1
Demi introduces you to Combat! She take you through a warmup involving jogging, side stepping, cross overs, bum kicks, high kness and marching. For the main workout Demi teaches you the main punches, jabs, hooks and uppercuts and then the main kicks, front, side and back. Plenty of toning to finish up starting with sqauts, press up, shoulder pressing, ab crunches, leg drops, planks and crunches with punches (check my rhyming out!). Then a big stretch, you will need a coulple of 1L water bottles to use as weights for this class.
