Pilates Workout with Yana Level 2

Pilates workout in which Yana takes things up a notch to level 2, you will need a pilates block/thick book and a pilates ball/cushion for this workout.


Yana runs through the basics again to give you a recap from the level 1 pilates workout.


Yana then takes you through the following pilates exercises, toe tucs, pilates 100’s with feet off the floor, one leg circles, spinal rotations, pilates pulses, rolling like a ball, pilates scissors, shoulder bridge, roll overs, spinal extentions, roll backs with obliques, shoulder stability plus foot lifts, jack knifes and side bends on a knee. I that lot does not satisfy you hunger for pilates then nothing will!
