Pilates Workout with Yana Level 3 Version 2
The third of the trio of Yana’s pilates workouts. This is a fantastic level 3 pilates class for those looking to really work their core. Yana does a quick recap of the fundamentals of pilates breathing a body positioning and then goes straight into the main pilates workout.
The main section of this pilates video is made up of pilates 100’s, half roll backs, double leg stretches, shoulder bridges, pilates roll overs with no hands, oblique work, leg kicks in a plank, ab teasing, spinal articulations, pilates spiral saws, scissors in the air, full swimming, pilates boomerangs, side planks, shoulder stability and some press ups on one leg to really finish you off! Probably the best pilates video ever!
