Yoga Workout Vinyasa Flow Level 1

Introducing Rebakah with a superb beginners Vinyasa Flow yoga workout. You may need a yoga strap and/or block depending on you flexibility. The yoga class starts with breathing, strectching and core work. Rebekah then takes you through downward dog, warrior one, warrior two, cobra pose, triangle pose, tree pose, staff pose, seated pose, boat pose, cosmic egg, spine stretches, hip stretches and some relaxation to finish up.
