I have been teaching yoga for about 3 years. I trained at the Hot Power Yoga Studio in Clapham. I teach everything from regular adult classes, private clients, children's after school clubs and workshops and within special needs centres.
I specialise in Power and Vinyasa Flow Yoga styles.
