This class should be titled ‘Aerobics for the Brave!’ Demi takes an amazing aerobics class that will get you amazingly fit, you will be feeling pumped up and energised by the end of this one. Plenty of box steps, ski jumps, heel digs, star jumps, side stepping, followed up with some toning, butt lifts, leg raises, ab crunches, oblique crunches and planks. Have a 1L or 2L water bottle to hand to use as a weight for some of the exercises.
