Circuits Fitness Video with Pete Level 2
Back with Pete again for another circuit fitness video. This is a level 2 fitness video, taking it up a notch from the level 1 class. You will need some watter bottles for weights and a floor matt would be helpful too. This circuit works all the major muscle groups from head to toe and abdominals too.
