Combat with Demi Level 2
Time to step up your Bruce Lee Kung Fu kicking for this level 2 combat class! Demi takes you through a warmup then onto punching, jabs, hooks, uppercuts and combos. Kicking is taken up a step with some combos and higher kicks. Punching and kicking combos follow with some squating and lunging. For uppper body you have press ups, walking press ups and for abs you have crunches, cycling crunches, planks and twisting planks.
