Demi is back with a Kung Fu fighting Bruce Lee high kicking extravaganza! The warm up includes jogging, side stepping, shuffles, cross overs, bum kicks, high knees and marching. For the combat section she get you doing jabs, hooks, uppercuts, side kicks, front kicks, back kicks, jump kicks and various combos of the lot. The workout finishes up with some toning starting with squat pulses, slow and fast press ups, ab crunches, leg drops, oblique crunches, planks, side planks, twisting planks, stepping planks, by the end of this workout you are going to be a plank master!
