Pilates Workout with Yana Level 3
This Pilates class with Yana wiil top any other pilates class out there! An amazing workout that will teach you loads, you will need a rubber band/belt for this pilates workout.
Yana quickly recaps the pilates fundamentals from the first two classes then takes you on to the main workout.
For the pilates exercises in this class Yana takes you through, toe tacks, scissors plus circles, breast stroke, pilates 100’s with legs diagonal, half roll back into roll up, double leg stretch, scissors plus arm movement, roll overs plus arms off the floor, pilates spinal extentions, double leg kicks, shoulder stability, teaser with both legs, full teaser, full swan dive, planks, pilates press ups and side bends plus a twist. You will be a Pilates master by the end of this workout, enjoy!
